Nick Samedi represents global and domestic corporations, investment groups, and portfolio companies in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex transactional matters across the consumer goods, beauty, manufacturing, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals industries. Named to Forbes’ inaugural “America’s Best-In-State Lawyers” list, Nick leads negotiation and closing on both the buy-and sell-side, drawing on his prior work as a senior valuation consultant to guide entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 companies, and family-owned businesses to their goals on time and on budget. He is also a driving force behind Lowenstein’s diversity and mentoring efforts, having co-founded the firm’s Diversity Leadership Network. Nick, along with his partner Nick San Filippo, serves as outside counsel to Sax Advisory Group, guiding the firm through its recent strategic growth initiative, including a minority investment and six subsequent acquisitions.
