Yvonne is a Partner at SAX with more than 20 years of experience advising family offices, business owners and foreign direct investment (FDI) clients. She specializes in financial operations, multi-entity reporting, and cross-border compliance, helping clients navigate complex organizational structures and regulatory environments.
Yvonne works closely with clients to enhance operational efficiency, implement scalable financial processes, and improve reporting accuracy across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Her experience includes advising on transaction structuring, supporting tax optimization strategies, and leading technology-enabled process improvements. She also provides outsourced CFO services, delivering strategic financial oversight and guidance.
Prior to joining SAX, Yvonne served as a Managing Director at RSM US LLP, where she led advisory engagements for complex, multi-jurisdictional organizations. She is recognized for her ability to align financial strategy with operational execution, helping clients build efficient, scalable infrastructures to support growth.
