About
Steve is a Partner at SAX with more than 45 years of experience in public accounting, business advisory, exit planning, and financial and commercial litigation dispute consulting. As part of the firm’s Valuation, Forensics & Litigation (VFL) practice, he works with middle market businesses and their owners on growth and exit strategies, value optimization, and complex financial matters. His experience spans business advisory, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, exit planning, quality of earnings, due diligence, and financial management.
In addition, Steve has extensive commercial litigation and forensic experience, supporting matters involving commercial disputes, lost profits, business interruption, partner and shareholder disputes, and financial investigations.
Steve also has significant leadership experience, having played a key role in the merger and management of two CPA firms that combined to form a Top 100 CPA firm. During his tenure as co-managing partner, the firm was recognized among the Top 5 “Best of the Best” firms in the Northeast Region by Inside Public Accounting.
