About
Paul is a Partner at SAX with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, and litigation support. As part of the firm’s Valuation, Forensics & Litigation (VFL) practice, he brings a focused and investigative approach to complex financial matters.
Paul has led forensic engagements for a diverse client base, including private companies, government agencies, municipalities, school districts, and nonprofit organizations. His work spans a wide range of matters, including employee embezzlement, financial statement fraud, fiduciary misconduct, tax evasion, contract disputes, business disputes, and matrimonial matters. He is known for his ability to identify key issues, trace financial data, and uncover critical insights that help clarify financial allegations and support resolution.
In addition to his investigative work, Paul has deep experience in prevailing wage compliance. He advises clients on certified payroll requirements, wage regulations, and compliance practices, helping organizations identify discrepancies, mitigate risk, and maintain adherence to regulatory standards. He also conducts fraud risk assessments and internal control evaluations and frequently delivers training to help organizations strengthen safeguards and reduce exposure to fraud.
