About
Mike is a Partner at SAX with more than 40 years of experience in forensic and financial accounting, auditing, and litigation consulting. As part of the firm’s Valuation, Forensics & Litigation (VFL) practice, he advises clients and legal counsel on complex financial matters involving disputes, investigations, and regulatory issues.
Mike has led a wide range of multifaceted engagements spanning civil, criminal, regulatory, and administrative matters, including accounting irregularities, white-collar crime investigations, corporate internal investigations, fraud, accounting malpractice, breach of contract, and business disputes. He is experienced in quantifying economic damages and uncovering financial discrepancies in high-stakes situations.
Working closely with attorneys, Mike supports all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, development of demonstratives, and analysis of expert reports and testimony. He also assists organizations with the identification and quantification of misappropriated assets, as well as the design and evaluation of financial reporting processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks. His experience further includes financial and investigative due diligence and operational assessments.
