Mark R. Waller, CPA, brings over 20 years of experience as a public accountant and a controller in the private sector to cannabis, wellness, and nonprofits in Minnesota and beyond. He leverages this experience to provide sound and trusted services to CEOs, founders, and other company leaders and stakeholders. Through his efforts and expertise, wellness businesses across the U.S. have achieved great success, building strong companies poised for growth on a rock-solid foundation of compliance and world-class financials.
Mark is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Minnesota, as well as a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs. He is a frequent speaker on accounting, financial matters, and business at conferences, seminars, and workshops across the U.S. He’s a sought-after podcast guest, especially in the cannabis world, appearing on notable programs like The Cannabis Accountant Podcast and Cannabis Cultivation and Science. Mark has also developed and taught on CPE and CLE courses with Surgent and with National Business Institute.
Mark lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife, Brigitte, two children, Malcolm and Colette, and their dog, Crunch.
