About
Lauren Crow is a Partner in SAX’s Private Client Services Group, where she brings more than 25 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives on tax planning, estate strategy, and sophisticated client advisory matters. She is known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and for helping clients align complex tax decisions with their broader financial and personal objectives.
Lauren’s advisory style begins with a deep understanding of each client’s complete financial picture. Through ongoing strategy conversations, she helps clients evaluate evolving priorities such as retirement planning, wealth transfer, estate and gift planning, and long-term tax efficiency. She frequently collaborates with clients’ attorneys, investment advisors, and other professional advisors to deliver coordinated guidance and seamless client experience.
In addition to her client service leadership, Lauren is committed to developing the next generation of professionals. She mentors team members, supports career coaching, and encourages innovation that enhances both the client experience and internal efficiency.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).
Outside the office, Lauren is an avid equestrian and certified yoga instructor. She enjoys teaching horseback riding and occasionally yoga—two pursuits that keep her grounded, energized, and connected to her community.
