Joe Kuttamperoor is the Financial Services Practice Leader, specializing in Real Estate, Private Equity, and Asset Management. With approximately 35 years of public accounting experience, Joe has become a trusted advisor across the financial industry, guiding clients through complex audit and advisory engagements. His expertise spans real estate, hospitality, property management, investment partnerships, public and private REITs, infrastructure funds including data center/telecom, broker-dealers, private credit, and distressed/opportunistic investments.
Joe has played a pivotal role in assisting clients with fund formation both domestic/international and investment valuation under the AICPA Investment Company Guide and navigating SEC matters including Initial Public Offerings.
