About
Adam was named Partner in 2023 and specializes in audit, accounting, and advisory services for nonprofit organizations and closely held companies. He helps organizations improve operational efficiency, financial reporting, and internal controls, enabling them to move beyond compliance and build finance functions that truly support their mission. His nonprofit expertise includes federal and state grant compliance and Uniform Guidance requirements, with a focus on the unique needs of small- to mid-sized organizations.
In addition to his audit and advisory work, Adam has experience serving as an outsourced CFO for nonprofit organizations, giving him firsthand insight into the realities of operating within a nonprofit finance function. This dual perspective allows him to bring practical, real-world guidance informed by both governance expectations and day-to-day financial operations.
A strong advocate for the nonprofit sector, Adam is a frequent speaker on nonprofit accounting, compliance, and governance topics. He works closely with executive leadership and boards to strengthen financial stewardship, governance, and long-term sustainability, and is known for translating complex guidance into clear, practical insights nonprofit leaders can readily apply. Adam was selected by NJBIZ as a “40 Under 40” award recipient in recognition of his professional achievements and leadership within the industry.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys hiking and travel. He is married with two children.
